Datatable created in customerdata through App studio gives warning about px,pz,py properties

In Pega 8.5.4, When we create a datatable from App studio or Dev Studio in CustomerData, the default px properties such as pxCreateDateTime, pxCreateOperator cannot be deleted and yet it gives warning that a table in customerdata has px,py,pz properties.
If px,py,pz properties should not to be present in CustomerData tables, then why does pega create those fields for the tables created in CustomerData (thorugh Dev studio or App Studio).
I hope the warnings have no downside because in some scenarios it would be nice to have the default px/py/pz fields in the table to track the user and date when record was modified
