Control visibility of case types with create stage based on access group
For case types without create stage(newly introduced stage), we can provide privilege on pyStartCase flow to control case type visibility in New menu for different access groups.
How can this be achieved for case types with create stage for different access groups.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi ,
In Navigation rule pyCreateCaseMenu [Data-Portal], you can update the visibile for privilege as shown in attached image to acheive your requirements . You can also use extension activity pySortStartingFlows in Data Page D_StartingFlows.

It should work as well adding the privilege to the pyStartCase flow independently if the case type has create stage enabled.
