RTE, RICH TEXT EDITOR PALETTE COLOR

hello, I try to find a way to change some control option in the  rich text editor 

-> I would like to change some colors in the palette 

-> I would like to have different Header 1, 2, 3  ... with some predifine colors

 Do you know a way to do that ?

I have found some information, but not implemented it yet. So your welcome to share knowledge/experience if you have some. 

First the pega RTE (rich text editor) uses CKEditor version 4  (in Pega CS 8.6.1) and the doc on the subject is there :
