The RichTextDisplay control is a simple pega:reference tag with a mode literal. It displays the value as it is without any styling. Try the following local change:

1. Switch to a read-only RTE.
2. Add the textWordWrap class to the cell which has the RTE included.
3. Add the below CSS to the UserWorkForm.
