Rich Text Editor in PRPC 5.5

We are using PRPC 5.5 and would like to know if it is possible to add rich text editor control in section in 5.5.

From which version of PRPC, rich text editor control was available in section.

As per my understanding, rich text editor control is available from PRPC 6.2SP2
