NBA Customer Journey - Not able to configure entry level criteria for a journey stage
Hello,
Im trying to configure entry level criteria for customer journey stage. I just defined a simple criteria like (age is > 20), Its allowing me to save but when I comeback and see, the criteria is missing (ideally its not being saved). When I trace it I found the error attached.
One more thing I noticed is the customer journey related attributes, action context are missing in my action rule. Am I missing any configuration?
we are on 8.6 version.
