Customer Journey at Issue level and applies to All Groups
We are using V8.8 and NBA v2 and we are looking to setup Customer Journeys. The journey revolves under one Issue but multiple Groups actions within that Issue taxonomy.
I see only ALL Issue/All Group option, if not we ca only select specific issue-Group combination. Also we dont see way to add multiple issue-Groups. In such case for the requirement of Journey in One Issue actions, what to select ?
I understand default is select AllIssue/AllGroup, if that is the case than all of our journey we need to create in AllIssue/AllGroup which dont look organized and effecient.
