With hotfixes that are pushed to cloud environments, is there a way to document what the actual changes are, and what the potential risks are once these are installed?  Usually, I see generic emails come in notifying me of a scheduled upgrade, however no additional details are provided.  Across several clients, we have had our mashup scripts broken, and had SSO issues, etc due to these hotfix installations that are supposed to be transparent.
