Internal Cloud Pega Upgrade

Hi, We need to upgrade our application which is on Pega 7.3.1 to Pega 8.6. Presently, application is hosted on "On-Premise" servers. Now we need to move the application to internal cloud and upgrade it to Pega 8.6.

Could you provide "Upgrade Guide" for the same?

@thirp Thanks for your reply but i need a upgrade guide for Websphere liberty, Oracle and WAR deployment installation to upgrade from V 7 to V 8. Link mentioned above does not have any upgrade guide.
