Validating Text input
Hi, I have a situation where Text input can accept only 1024 char, once it reaches 1014 it has to display some message "you have only 10 char left". when it reaches 1015 it has to display "you have only 9 char left" in this way it suppose to show how many characters remaining.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can set the Max characters in the presentation tab of the Text Area.
After that you can set the 'Display character counter' option to true.
This way you can achieve this OOTB.

You can also add an action set for the textarea - on 'onchange' action -> run a script to count and display the message with the logic you want.
