Reindexing throws OPS0013 Error
Hello ,
Recently our application case search for enduser portal not working. So i performed Reindexing and checked logs where i found this issue OPS0013. How to resolve this issue any ideas ?

I believe that OPS0013 is designed to draw your attention to a problem: but in order to find specific underlying causes - you dig a little further into the issue.
Do you know whether your re-index that you kicked is still running?
- Check the Search Landing Page from PDC - what does this show?
- Check the Admin Studio / Search Landing Page - do you see items queued up in a state 'ready to process'?

I hope some of this helps - can you confirm if you are Pega 7 or Pega 8 here? (There are architectural differences between the versions).

Note: you can check a lot of things (DSS, JVM startup options, current status of indexes) by downloading 'System State'.
