Support page for PEGA Call not available
On PegaCall Upgrade Guide 8.5 page # 5 it says "Ensure that you backed up your CTI link configurations. For more information, see Saving CTI link configuration."
However, this page just shows the message "You are not authorized to access this page."
Anybody has an idea on how I can get the permission to see this page.
