How to replace confirm harness on first assigment without pyStartCase
Hi,
Since Pega 8.5, pyStartCase flow is not used anymore. So there is no Case Creation Settings on the flow anymore.
Then, how do I manage to change the harness displayed to my users when the first assignment of the case is not assigned to them ?
I have a use case where the first assignment of the case is assigned to a workbasket, not accessible to my user, and I want a specific harness displayed to user, not the default Confirm. I could change the confirm harness, but it would impact the whole process while I want this change only on the first assignement of the case/flow.
Any way to do this in 8.5 ?
I did it very easily on 8.4 using pyStart case "Case creation settings" and very desappointed we lost of feature on the new version of the platform.

Please use "Create" stage of the case lifecycle for capturing initial data, configuring preprocessing and post-processing logic that was available on "pyStartCase" as settings before the case is submitted for processing. In the subsequent stages, you configure the steps that are required for processing the case.( Refer https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/case-management/85/create-stage for more details. The Create stage includes the pyCreate harness for assignments configured, Alternatively, you can choose any other harness apart from "pyCreate" at the assignment step of a flow rule in Dev studio.

Hi thanks, but this doesn't solve my issue. In my case the first assignment is not assigned to whoever created the case. And I want this user to have another harness than the confirm harness.
Before 8.5 there was an option on starting flows where I could change back-to-back assignments options on the flow instead of the flow action so it applies to the first assignment. Now this option is not there anymore.
