How skip Assigments section.

Hello!
I am using Pega 7.4.
I am need to elluminate Assigments section, when client pass in Resents. Client must view case but not open Assigments.

Hello,

When you open your case from "Recent" I think you get the REVIEW harness screen so maybe you can customize the harness to have a special "RECENT" one and remove available link to open assignment from there.
