Hi Team,

During the Index rebuild maintenance activity performed last week, we have observed that some tables were inaccessible or blocked for some time and we were unable to launch the application URL as the JVM’s have become disconnected with the database. Same behavior havent been observed consistently.

What are the best practices to be followed from next time during the Database index rebuild activity ? Do we have to stop the pega application JVM’s ? or restart the same after the DB maintenance activity ? or restart the DB server ?

Please suggest.
