drag and drop functionality

Hi,

Can anyone clearly write what are the configurations needed to be made to enable the drag and drop functionality, so that a manager can assign the work to other operators (who belongs to that work basket).

In any version > 7.3 to current

Hi,

I assume this is default OOTB functionality on the Manager Portal, I am trying the same and is not working form me on Pega 8.6. Let me know if you have the solution for this.
