Hi,

User 1 creates a case and after stage 1 the case has to wait for a certain action to be done by one of the operators lets say user 2 and then only proceed. For this i have used wait shape with case dependency. User 2 completes the actions that are needed, however the case doesn't move forward. Has anyone been able to achieve this, please let me know any steps that are needed or anything i have missed. If this is not feasible please suggest any alternatives.

Note : There are no child cases involved. The above process is for a single case.
