After upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4 the production is going down frequently and had to restart the server more often.

After upgrade the production server has slowed down and has to restart the server more frequently .

Please need suggestions on what could be the possible causes and what steps to be taken .

Pega logs(PegaRules,PegaAlert logs) are required for analysis and to identify the root cause for the behavior you are noticing.

Without analyzing the logs it is difficult to comment on the same.

Following article might helpful you in doing the analysis of the alert files

If it is severely affecting your PROD environment and you need help analyzing the logs. I suggest that you raise support ticket for immediate help.

Else we request you to kindly share more information on the usecase where the slowness is observed and logs to further guide you in troubleshooting
