App Studio - Application Context for adding field in configure view
Hi Team,
I was trying to add fields in case type from configure view but I am not getting any option to select class or Application context.
Wanted to create fields in work class or FW work pool and re-use in all case type.

Hi,
If am not wrong , you could have selected the case type -> workflow-> process-> step-> configure view.
Therefore the context is casetype class.
to create properties in FW or class group you have switch to dev studio.
To reuse them, mark as relevant records in the property rule under action tab.

Thanks Sathish for the response.
So, we are concluding that we can't create a property in right place from App studio, in this case how business team/BSA would use low code features (App-Studio) and help in develpoment?
property is one of the important rule to create the UI from configure view.

So when you say the BA have to create fields from the App studio. provide the access group to BA which will open the FW application..
From App Studio you can switch from one app to another.

In our organization, BA's doesn't have access to Dev studio. They have to use app studio to create the processes. This is a hassle of BA unable to create a property in reusable layer.

Hi Lalit,
Properties created is associated with an object. Create a data model object and map the object to right class. Once the object is placed in right class you can add the properties.

yes this options can be utlised, but all the times we don't need object type.
