How to fix Chat Bot Scroll UI issue?

Hi All,

I have created a Chat Bot channel and using the mashup code as non-autogenerated HTML in the section to display in the portal. I am getting the chat bot as below:

Please suggest me how to make it look better and how to fix the scrolling issue.

This usually happens, if overflow:auto is not set correctly in PegaStyle.css, Please check this . this file will get downloaded along with 2 .js files from self service portal after chat bot is configured

Hi Pryesh,

 

From the screenshot, it looks like the height of the parent document/iframe is not set properly. Please check the heights in the DOM and also overflow attributes of the DOM elements.
