Integration with Celebrus CDP
Can anyone guide me how 2 way communication between PEGA CDH and Celebrus works? Do we have any reusable module already available? If not, any information on the integration mechanism and design will be highly appreciated.

From the Pega side, you can get all the details from here: Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5 Implementation Guide | Pega. At high level (for inbound channel) Pega provides several service endpoints for other applications to feed in customer data (e.g. Celebrus) and use Pega as AI brain (CDH) to provide next best actions. How Celebrus utilizes Pega CDH, you can request demo from the vendor according to the website of Celbrus.
