Why is Email Wizard removed?

Hi,

I used to use Email Wizard for configuring Email. However, it seems to be removed from Dev Studio at 8.4. As for Email Account, I can understand because wizard only produced one single rule instance, why it had to be wizard.

But as for IMAP integration, it produced four rule instances - EmailListener, EmailAccount, ServicePackage, and Service Email, which I think was pretty useful. Now does product expect developers to create each of these on our own? Or am I missing anything? Is it really removed?
