Hi,
I need to send two sms from offer flow in 10 minutes waiting time between. When I used Date/Time property in wait shape the two sms messages have been sent without any errors with 10 minutes elapsed time in between. When I used offset property in wait shape I am getting an error i.e. Failure resuming offer flow. Could anyone tell me how to fix that issue and make use of offset property in wait shape without any errors please.

The screenshots have not provided information on how you setup the shape in both situations. Please provide. Also, please note that you don't need to use an explicit wait shape, based on your description of need, you can use the SMS shape and "Wait After sending" option on the shapes configuration panel and then use offset of 10 minutes there (offset is the option that would seem to fit your need).
From the error message, it seems like something might be misconfigured. I suggest you might want to start with a fresh new action and flow configuration again to eliminate any potential misconfigurations. If it continues to be an issue, I suggest you open a support case so it can be investigated more closely.
