error occurred during fetching instance configuration

While scanning QR code of mobile app using Pega mobile Preview App getting Error occurred during fetching instance configuration.

Hi Raghunatha - here are some things to try:

  • Delete and re-install the mobile preview app
  • Try to use the camera of your phone to read the QR code and launch the app in your mobile browser
  • Debug to see the URL the QR code encodes to verify it's a working URL

Thanks Matte,

I even tried to delete and reinstall and see the issue persists, workaround i have done to download apk file and installed but i have another challenge of login as as user.

Hi Raghunatha,

You can generally login as any operator defined in your app, however depending on the url being used for authentication, you might need to ensure it is not an "externally authenticated" operator for it to work on your device.

Hi Raghunatha,

What is the URL the mobile app is using for login? If it contains "/sso" you will need to use an externally authenticated operator and the trial layer for authentication will have to remain configured for the browser requestor.
