Error - Connect to External Storage Provider

Hi ,

We are using the "Store in Repository" as the Content storage option for our application in Pega version 8.3.1 . we are facing an intermittent issue while uploading files to the case using the "Attach content" OOTB control .

The error "Connect to external storage provider" is displayed while we try to attach files to the case .

This issue occurs intermittently . Its working fine if i clear my cache and relaunch the application . Anybody have any idea on this .

Hi, Any luck with finding the root cause to this issue? We are using 'Store in Pega database' as the Content storage and still facing the same issue. On click of case attachments, "Connect to External Storage Provider" pops up.

 

Pls let me know if you have any leads towards resolving this issue.
