Oh, so this is coming from the pyValidateURLSource activity record, and you're using Java 7.
You will need to configure your JVM to have TLS version 1.2 enabled in order for this connection to succeed.
For example, if you want TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 to work, you would set the java system property "https.protocols" to "TLSv1.0,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2" prior to launching Pega (restart Pega if already running).
Upgrading to Java 8 may have a similar effect, as it has TLS 1.2 enabled by default.
If the failures continue after this, you may need to import the correct CA certificate into your JVM's trust store.
