Runningn Pega Package Manager on TLS 1.2
Pega Package Manager is currently running on HTTP. However, our client IT security have a definite policy to run all services through HTTPS (TLS 1.2). Is it supported?

It is not currently supported. I would work with your EL or PL to determine when this will be released (or get it into the product backlog).

This can be done by creating a proxy on the Server. You can put the Package Server application behind an IIS application pool in order to meet this requirement. My understanding is that it is fairly easy to do this and it's been unofficially tested to work before. So, no it is not supported but yes it is possible.
