Hello,

Good morning! I am facing an issue while doing a lab exercise for Configuring a case type under the following step. Here is the information. Any hep is really appreciated.

Step :- Create a Service case as a child case

6) In the contextual properties panel on the right, from the Create the following case drop-down, select Service to create a Service case. A pop-up window is displayed that informs you that the Service case will be set as a child case. The Service is not displaying for me.
