What information are you using for login? Be sure you are using the login Operator ID and Password mentioned in the exercise scenario (found at the beginning of the exercise).
If this does not resolve your issue, please submit an email from your corporate email account to Proprietary information hidden with your issue and screenshots of before/after so we can help you further.

Im' facing the same issue. When i click on the link : "open exercise system". I got an error page. I screenshooted in file attachments.
