If you are having exercise environment issues, please contact [email protected] directly.  When emailing us, include the following information so we may best assist you:

Your PDN account email address

The name of the course, lesson and exercise where the issue occurred.

Exercise environment URL.

Each student situation is unique.  Screenshots of the issue.  The more information the better so we may triage the issue faster.
