Pega Map (World(Countries))chart blank issue

Covid 19 BCP application by pega, manager portal displays blank chart. when I check the report data, i have few records with country value as 'United States'.

 

Could someone help me to solve this issue.

Please share a screen shot. Do you see the message 'Loading Chart, please wait' or do you see blank screen? Please launch developer toolbar and check if the Console tab has any javascript error messages.
