Clipboard ,tracer , LiveUI etc icons view issue in Portal 8.4.1

All debugging tools icons in the portal are looking diffrent. icons are corrupted how to correct those icons

There are a few things you probably want to sanity check first. These icons are likely coming from a font family. Run a network trace and see if any of these are not returning a 200 response or otherwise.
