Pega personal edition 8.4- Unable to StartUp server (First time) after successful installation

The Server is unable to startup after it is installed.

it is failing everytime while configuring nodes(indexing) and after the failure PC hangs. 

System meets all Pre-requisites.

Please help

Please find the log attached. Its a socket error i Suppose.

 

note: I checked the availability of the port during installation, both were available.
