Export To Excel is not Working in PEGA 8.3
Hi,
When we updated the PEGA version from 8.2.5 to 8.3.2 Export to Excel is not working. We have exporting the Results from the Table where RD as the source.
when we checked pzViewExportToExcel Activity is removed for PEGA 8.3 application, so error is show.
Please help us in with Export to Excel functionality for PEGA 8.3.

Hi Ajay,
This has been reported by a couple of clients.
As per the internal notes, "Activities like pzCreateExportData & pzViewExportToExcel is an internal-only rule which was removed in 8.3 as it supported an implementation of Export to Excel which was deprecated in 7.3. This is not a feature we support now.
These missing rules are Final, Internal. These rules were called by a Final, Internal activity pzRDExportWrapper. Due to changes in the final, internal rules over the releases, in Pega 8.3.1 this activity does not have a call to pzViewExportToExcel, which is why these rules are missing in 8.3.1"
Try exploring the pzRDExportWrapper activity instead, OOTB Export To Excel on Reports uses the same activity for Export to PDF & Excel with exportmode param sent as "pdf" or "excel"
