Unable to log in in exercisy system
Good morning,
I'm trying to log in in the "Designing a user interface" exercise (username author_ui@gogoroad), but the system keeps loading without giving any response. Can you please give me some help?

Are you able to login to the exercise system with previous exercise details?
Could you please login with "author@gogoroad" and check if author_ui@gogoroad operator ID is present in the application.

I can't log in neither with author@gogoroad, it seems like the instance is not running.

Please try these steps:
- Log out of current Academy / Pega Community sessions
- Close all active browser tabs/windows
- Completely clear browser cache and cookies
- Restart browser
- Retry Pega Academy
- If issue persists, try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again.

Are you using the username and password from the exercise instructions?
