Unable to log into Exercise System (Business Architect Essentials 7.4)

I am on the 'Managing Work in Pega' lesson, page 4. Attempting to do the first exercise. When I enter the Operator ID and password for the 'author.hrapps' account, I get the following error:

The information you entered was not recognized.

Please advise.
