As you may already know, by default, RPAService.log is created under C:\Program Data\Pegaystems\RPAService (v19.1). RPAService installer creates the folder with appropriate privileges so the Local System Account, Windows User and Runtime User (if not configured, RPAService run runtime as the Windows user) is able to write to the file successfully. The folder privileges also inherit from the ProgramData folder. Therefore, if the ProgramData doesn’t grant access to one of these users some of the information will not be present in the logs. At the very least, the three mentioned users must have the Read/Write permission to files under the RPAService folder.
