DB Instance failing
am looking for some help... when created DB instance in Pega Portal its giving below msg while testing. i didn't get anything in tracer as well as even after enabling debug for JNDI classes nothing came to logs. Anyone faced same please let me know.

Seems like you have added extra double quotes. As mentioned please share screenshot for your connection method.

i wasn't used any quotes... that where am surprised from where it picking, even didn't seen anything in tracer.
Am using JDBC (FSFO) URL to configure..

What is the PRPC version you are on. What is the external DB that you are connecting to?
Can you please use JDBC Connection Pool/ USe Configuration in preferences option to connect to external DB and see if it is working.
Also, as requested can you please share the screenshot to check the way you are using this JDBC URL option.
