How to implement audit log of a user interface changes?
On User Interface I have two fields Name and Phone Number and whenever user updates Name or Phone number there should be audit log recorded let’s say user updated from old number to new number. Can you tell me which rules you would use and what is the best way of implementing this?

You can use Field level auditing to achieve this.
Go to Configure->Case Management->Work Management->Field level auditing to go to field level auditing landing page and select the class and add the list of properties that you want to audit.
