Use Declare Expressions to update fields automatically when related fields change
Implement Visibility with When Rules or Expression to conditionally show or hide UI elements.
use refresh the section from Event-Action Sets with the change of specific value

You can use ajax refresh on the dynamic layout. Refer the properties that would be updated followed by <space> followed by keyword 'Changes'. In that was the layout will automatically refresh when there is a change in value and the new values would be reflected.
