Configure Email using EWS

We need to Configure email connectivity from Pega using EWS. Can someone help pointing to any resources in PDN?

I have no information on EWS. Appreciate your help.

Hi Pega Support Team,

What if the Client is looking to use "EWS protocol" for only sending email from Pega! No Email Listener.

Its Purely Notify Email Config, keeping in mind that Pega by default doesn't support "EWS Protocol", Then in this scenario Only for sending email using "EWS Protocol", do we need to use the Mircrosoft web service wsdl and consume it as a connector? if so Then how to use it whenever we try to send email by using pega ootb smart shape for email & any Custom Activity? [do you mean invoke this connector after each email call?]

Can we get a details article for "EWS Protocol" config for only sending email, using pega smart shape /custom Activity.
