Unable to create data type after upgrading from pega 7.2 to pega 8.2.2
Hi,
After migrating to pega 8.2.2, we are unable to create data type which in turn failing to create a table in the Pega DB. It is failing to create local storage.
Even I tried by creating a table in db manually and mapping it to the a data class but it says table Doesn’t exit in pega Database.
pleas let m know how I can resolve this issue.

Hi ,
Please take a look at the logs and check if you are getting any error related to
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
if you are getting then the issue might be because of the Database User being used for creating the table does not have enough privileges to create a table. This would indicate that the privileges for the database operator needs to be re-evaluated and increased to have the appropriate privileges ( to create a table).
