How to send Key Value Pair in Connect REST in Pega version 8.2.2

We have a requirement where we need to consume a REST API which accept two part meta data and content. meta data is an JSON format and content is the actual file we want to send to API.

Question how we can run the REST wizard for this kind of APi and how we can configure the Connect rest method and create the request and send it.
