Pega Marketing: Real-time container goes inactive

Hello,

I've created a Real-time container and made it active. When I say "active", I've selected Yes to the question "Is this container currently active?".

I referred this container in the NBA designer under the Channels section. The real-time container status shows "Inactive". I'm not sure what am I missing here. But I'm unable to make it active. 

Appreciate any help in this matter. Thanks!

Hi Rajesh,

I had the same issue.

After updating the PegaNBAM:Agents Access Group to point to my implementation application it was solved. (Check for issues while saving, the advanced tab can hide unwanted configuration).
