Unable to start CRM.exe

Hi

I am using Windows10 version 1909 with Pega Robotic Studio 8.0.2014.0.

I am getting the attached error when try to run window CRM.exe application 

I referred previous links on the same issue posted few months back and the solution proposed was to downgrade the windows version. Is there a better solution now or the solution is still the same (that is, downgrade the windows version).

That was probably proposed because they couldn't update their Runtime version. I would suggest getting the latest version of Runtime. Any recent version will support Windows 1909.
