case note configuration
we use checklists a lot. is there a way to configure case note or anywhere within the case to have configurable checklists that case owners can tick as they go?
the checklists differ according to the type of case, and will also need to be dynamic (able to be updated) as it will change when there are changes in products or regulation.

You may have to create a data type for checklist items and show based on the case type. you can create a data page which will take case type as parameter and return you the list of checklist items.
