How to create a case using information from API

I have requirement of creating a case when user is clicking on submit on the UI form which is not built in PEGA

.API will be giving the pega information and case has to be created for that.

You can use the Pega API to create a case via rest. 

Refer to  POST  method of api/v1/cases. which would create a case in Pega.

Pega API can be accessed from the Resources menu adjacent to Search field in designer studio. Thanks.
