Create work case Pega from Service / API / other Apps
Hi,
I have requirement to create work case from other apps (outside PEGA) using Service / API.
For example:
I have a button in a mobile application that is not built using Pega. When the button clicked has make a new work case.
Is there any way I can automatically create a work case in a separate pega application when an action is triggered from that button?

Not sure of the complexity here but one possible way is to fire the 'create case' via REST service from the OOTB pega api. This service will be configured in the target system so you can create a work case in whichever pega application you want.
