Need Pega 8.2.4 Personal Edition

Hello Team,

 

How will be able to get Pega 8.2.4 Personal Edition to replicate the issue of our applications on our local system and also to update the patch versions to resolve them rather than raising SR's??

 

If we need to raise any request kindly provide link
