Need pega personal edition 8.4

I need Pega 8.4 version for learning purpose please can anyone share ?

Hi @AmardeepKumarS: I don't think you can get the older versions of Personal edition. You can get 8.7 version of personal edition from My software page (from my.pega.com). Please also note on the Retirement of Pega Personal Edition (Details here).

It is recommended to use latest version for any learning. You can get the latest version using the alternatives mentioned in the article.
